In the paper, we use a randomized field experiment to analyze how known pirates respond when they are offered temporary free access to subscription video-on-demand services.

Our IDEA paper titled “Copyright Enforcement in the Digital Age: Empirical Evidence and Conclusions” has been accepted for publication in the George Mason Law Review. In the paper, we analyze the economic evidence of the impact of digital piracy on sales and of copyright enforcement on consumer behavior.
